Jessica has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial flooring projects of all sizes. As a Class A General Contractor, she combines extensive expertise in project management, sales, and client relationships to deliver exceptional results from pre-construction through project completion.

Driven by a commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service, Jessica founded Happy Co Floors with a vision of building lasting partnerships and exceeding client expectations on every project.

Brandon Hadler| OWNER & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Brandon brings a background in software engineering and a passion for operational excellence to Happy Co Floors. As Owner and Operations Manager, he oversees daily operations with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. His strong leadership, management skills, and assertive approach make him an asset to our team and play a key role in driving the company's continued growth.

Beau Bronner | WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Beau comes to Happy Co. Floors with a background in warehouse operations, bringing a wealth of experience, dedication, and a strong work ethic to our team. In previous roles, Beau consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
